Are you or anyone you know in danger of losing your home to short sale or foreclosure? The most recent downturn in the economy touched every one of us. If you would like information on how to go about getting your lender to listen to your problems, please read on or contact Judy Switzer & Associates at 214-801-7273 or email me at judy@judysellsdallas.com.
I just successfully SOLD a SHORT SALE property on Preston Road at Meaders Lane, in North Dallas, TX 75230. I had it listed with the seller and the bank was the lender.
What made the SHORT SALE close successfully?
I was finally able to navigate to the CHIEF NEGOTIATOR at the bank and he was willing to listen to my opinion of value.
This home had been on the market for two plus years, way over-priced. The sales price seemed to be a function of the total liens on the property, rather than the current market value. The seller had not made a payment for three years, and the property was scheduled for foreclosure in February 2012, then forestalled, March 2012, then forestalled and finally April 2012, before we were able to get it sold by SHORT SALE.
The long and short of the story is that if you know of someone with a property he purchased at the wrong time, or with more than 100% financing, Judy Switzer & Associates, might be able to help.
